Rocky Point Beach House Rentals
Hacienda de Penasco is a brand new custom 5000sq ft. 4 bedrooms and 4 bath ocean view Hacienda overlooking the Sea of Cortez with fabulous views from your bedroom and deck. all the bedrooms are upstairs on the 2nd floor with a large deck and seating. The Hacienda is located in the gated community of Las Conchas with 24 hour security and extremely close to town.
The beach access is right there and only steps to the beach. the main floor is an open floor plan with the living room, dining room and kitchen with a half bath. the kitchen has 2 refrigerators, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher and all small appliances. the dining room has seating for 12. The living room has a 75″ t.v. with surround sound, dvd player and dish network. outside there is a gas bbq and griddle and a sink with outside shower. when the main house is not rented there would be use of the beachfront patio and pool.
